Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 business days after shipment.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Cold Chain & Product Care

Caya Biome contains live and active cultures. We package and ship orders carefully to help preserve product quality during transit. Once delivered, we recommend refrigerating your product as directed.

Where We Ship

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. Caya Biome is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our facility.
